This systematic review study synthesizes research findings pertaining to the use of augmented reality (AR) in language learning. Published research from 2014 to 2019 has been explored and specific inclusion and exclusion criteria have been applied resulting in 54 relevant publications. Our findings determined: (a) devices and software employed for mastering AR; languages and contexts in which AR had been applied; theoretical perspectives adopted for guiding the use of AR; the number of participants in AR activities and benefits from using AR as an educational tool in the language classroom; (b) alignment of the affordances of Augmented Reality with the KSAVE (Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Values, Ethics) 21st-century skills framework; (c) future directions in AR research and practice. The main findings from this review demonstrate the popularity of mobile-based AR for supporting vocabulary (23.9%), reading (12.7%), speaking (9.9%) writing (8.5%) or generic language skills (9.9%). Our findings also uncovered areas that merit future attention in the application of AR in language learning – for instance learning theories were not often considered in the implementation of AR. The study concludes with suggestions for future research especially in the areas of instructional design and user experience.  相似文献

Motivated by the continuing interest in the tree data model, we study the expressive power of downward navigational query languages on trees and chains. Basic navigational queries are built from the identity relation and edge relations using composition and union. We study the effects on relative expressiveness when we add transitive closure, projections, coprojections, intersection, and difference; this for Boolean queries and path queries on labeled and unlabeled structures. In all cases, we present the complete Hasse diagram. In particular, we establish, for each query language fragment that we study on trees, whether it is closed under difference and intersection.  相似文献

The parallel spindle heads with high rotational capability are demanded in the area of multi-axis machine tools and 3D printers. This paper focuses on designing a class of 2R1T (R: Rotation; T: Translation) parallel spindle heads and the corresponding collaborative 5-axis manipulators with 2-dimension (2D) large rotational angles. In order to construct 2D rotational degrees of freedom (DOFs), a platform with 2D revolute joints is proposed first. Based on the constraint screw theory, the feasible limbs that can be connected in the platform are synthesized. In order to provide constant rotational axis for the platform, a class of redundant limbs are designed. A class of redundant 2R1T parallel spindle heads is obtained by connecting the redundant limbs with the platform and the redundant characteristics are verified by the modified Grübler-Kutzbach criterion. The corresponding 5-axis collaborative manipulators are presented by constructing a 2-DOF series translational bottom moving platform. The inverse kinematics and the orientation workspace as well as the decoupling characteristics of this type of 2R1T parallel spindle heads are analyzed. The results show that these manipulators have large 2D rotational angles than the traditional A3/Z3 heads and can be potentially used in the application of multi-axis machine tools and the 3D printers.  相似文献

Contemporary parallel debuggers allow users to control more than one processing thread while supporting the same examination and visualisation operations of that of sequential debuggers. This approach restricts the use of parallel debuggers when it comes to large scale scientific applications run across hundreds of thousands compute cores. First, manually observing the runtime data to detect error becomes impractical because the data is too big. Second, performing expensive but useful debugging operations becomes infeasible as the computational codes become more complex, involving larger data structures, and as the machines become larger. This study explores the idea of a data‐centric debugging approach, which could be used to make parallel debuggers more powerful. It discusses the use of ad hoc debug‐time assertions that allow a user to reason about the state of a parallel computation. These assertions support the verification and validation of program state at runtime as a whole rather than focusing on that of only a single process state. Furthermore, the debugger's performance can be improved by exploiting the underlying parallel platform because the available compute cores can execute parallel debugging functions, while a program is idling at a breakpoint. We demonstrate the system with several case studies and evaluate the performance of the tool on a 20 000 cores Cray XE6. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The generic model query language GMQL is designed to query collections of conceptual models created in arbitrary graph-based modelling languages. Querying conceptual models means searching for particular model subgraphs that comply with a predefined pattern query. Such a query specifies the structural and semantic properties of the model fragment to be returned. In this paper, we derive requirements for a generic model query language from the literature and formally specify the language’s syntax and semantics. We conduct an analysis of GMQL׳s theoretical and practical runtime performance concluding that it returns query results within satisfactory time. Given its generic nature, GMQL contributes to a broad range of different model analysis scenarios ranging from business process compliance management to model translation and business process weakness detection. As GMQL returns results with acceptable runtime performance, it can be used to query large collections of hundreds or thousands of conceptual models containing not only process models, but also data models or organizational charts. In this paper, we furthermore evaluate GMQL against the backdrop of existing query approaches thereby carving out its advantages and limitations as well as pointing toward future research.  相似文献

介绍了"聚龙一号"中四层圆盘锥磁绝缘传输线(MITL)的基本理论。在CPIPIC平台上,采用非均匀网格和周期性对称边界条件,建立了"聚龙一号"的四层圆盘锥MITL的三维粒子模拟模型。设置相应的参数并用并行算法模拟得到了该器件中各层在绝缘堆上和MITL中间位置的电流和汇流后的电流,并与理论和实验数据进行相互对比验证。模拟结果表明整个器件在达到磁绝缘状态后具有很高的传输效率,并与实验结果相互验证,为以后进一步的研究提供了保证。  相似文献

针对传统移动代理(MA)在监测无线传感器网络(WSNs)的感兴趣信息时产生的延迟较大和能耗较多问题,提出了基于三维胞元空间的MA双向并行(3D-BPMA)路由算法.3D-BPMA将MA与传统的客户/服务器(c/S)模式相结合,在胞元内利用C/S模式搜集信息,在单层胞元系统和路由器与路由器之间采用MA双向并行的策略进行传输.仿真结果表明:3D-BPMA与LCF,DSG-MIP算法相比减少了平均响应时间和网络平均能耗,提高了MA发送率.  相似文献

安全管理平台(SMP)是实现安全管理工作常态化运行的技术支撑平台,在实际应用中需要实时处理来自安全设备所产生的海量日志信息。为解决现有SMP中海量日志查询效率低下的问题,设计基于云计算的SMP日志存储分析系统。基于Hive的任务转化模式,利用Hadoop架构的分布式文件系统和MapReduce并行编程模型,实现海量SMP日志的有效存储与查询。实验结果表明,与基于关系数据的多表关联查询方法相比,该系统使得SMP日志的平均查询效率提高约90%,并能加快SMP集中管控的整体响应速度。  相似文献
